永智顧問股份有限公司於民國92年6月成立，以「為下一代留下永續的地球」（A Sustainable Planet for Next Generation.）的願景（Vision）為基礎，並以「協助產業以最低成本減少溫室氣體排放」（Help Industries Reduce GHG Emissions with the Least Cost.）作為使命（Mission），十八年來以「誠懇、專業、永續、創新」（Sincerity,Proficiency,Sustainability,Innovation）之經營理念與價值（Values）來協助中央主管機關(環保署、經濟部、民航局、國合會等)、地方政府(臺中市、高雄市、新北市等)規劃及建置溫室氣體管制相關法規及執行國際合作之工作，同時也協助企業(台電公司、華碩、宏碁、中鋼等)進行溫室氣體減量工作，以及規劃執行碳資產管理專案，進行溫室氣體相關國際合作計畫及碳市場政策擬定與分析，提供企業碳資產管理的全方位服務；永智顧問更於107年取得「碳資產風險管理的方法」專利權，期望能成為全球最先進及最專業的碳資產風險管理業者。

YC Holdings Inc., was found in 2003 in Taiwan. Over the past 18 years with the vision to help make a sustainable planet for next generations; A mission for help industries reduce GHG emissions with the least cost. All our services strive to achieve climate change and sustainable development goals with the values as Sincerity, Proficiency, Sustainable, Innovation.
We have focused on climate policy for central and local governments and carbon management services for the private sector, including major GHG emitters like the electricity, steel, and other industries.
Climate change is the greatest challenge of our time and requires concerted efforts by both the public and private sectors, in order to upscale investments for sustainable development worldwide. Our company is developing new service with a platform to provide innovative solutions for carbon risk management named"ASPNex". We're also looking forward to partner with others around the world to mitigate the climate change.
